After witnessing a suicide, rich widow Mei (Sammi Cheng) realizes that her left eye can see ghosts. As words of her ability spreads throughout the afterworld, ghosts of all kind come to Sammi for help in fulfilling their last wishes. Naughty ghost Sean (Lau), promises Sammi to look for her late husband's spirit if she can find out what his last regret was.
