[edit] Goofs and mistakes

Whole Series

  • Kingston is a place in NY but not a school, but there is a Kingston University in UK, London.
  • It is said that Bosco is only 20 years old in the series. Roger's mum took him away from his dad when he was 3, but then his dad says that he waited for 6 years before he getting remarried again. Roger is 31 years old meaning Bosco is at least 23 years old.

Episode 1

  • When it is "jao gwae" the police comes and they chase after only Roger even though there are other people that are running with him. The police even run ahead of the other people.

Episode 2

  • When Jessica is being chased by the thugs, and Leila comes to save her, what if Leila wasn't her cousin and she just got on her car? [Comment: it'd still better to get on a girl's car than being raped by two men.]

Episode 3

  • Leila gives Jessica an English name but ends up mispronouncing "Catherine" as "Ca-freen". When they come back to HK, Jessica is the only one who pronounces the name correctly while others pronounce it as "Ca-freen".

Episode 4

  • When Jessica comes back to HK and visits Roger, she bumps into his mother. She drops her sunglasses but when she starts running away, the glass was already in her hand. She didn't even bend down to pick them up it, but it magically appear in her hand! [She did pick them up in Vietnamese version]

Episode 5

  • When Roger is chasing the balloon and the balloon gets stuck onto his dad's car, the car stops when the traffic light turns red. When it turns green, and the car starts to move, the car with the balloon on is not the same as the original car. This car even has an advertisement banner on the top of the car.
  • When Leila stole Jessica's job, she was manager. Who was manager before she came? Richard and the two groups were already there. [Jessica and Leila were competing for that position. Probably, the previous manager quited. Who knows. This does not even count as a goof or mistake. Just use common sense to look at it.]

Episode 6

  • When Angela brings Roger where Jessica is, Roger isn't told which hotel and room Jessica is staying in. [Yes, she did. Loud and clear in Vietnamese version.]

Episode 8

  • When Roger's mum tells Roger to wear his seatbelt on the minibus, he says he's already wearing one. There aren't any seatbelts on the minibus (except the driver's seat of course).
  • When Roger's mum locks him inside the house becuase she doesn't want him to work, she uses some sort of chain to lock the door. After a while, his mum runs back in unlocking the grill door normally.
  • When Roger's back starts getting itchy in the globe uniform outside the central office, he starts rolling and the rocket ship just disappears.

Episode 9

  • When Roger spills Richard's 'coffee', the liquid inside the cup is clear.
  • When Jessica's mum is watching 'The Academy', there aren't any subtitles or TVB watermark.
  • When Angela is singing, the quality of the song shouldn't have been that good since it's on the radio.
  • When Roger plays Tekken with the Japanese, he has a bowl of chips resting on top of his arms. When he defeats the Japanese, he jumps up raising he arms up. The bowl of chips has disappeared.
  • When Roger is drunk, Jessica helps carry him back home. When they are getting out of the elevator, Jessica is wearing flat shoes, but when they get back to Roger's house, she is wearing heels.

Episode 10

  • When Angela is singing in Minutes To Fame, the counter is suppose to start when the singer starts singing. However, it started when the song began.

Episode 12

  • A turtle that small cannot have like 9 eggs.
  • When Roger is running down the stairs with Selena's baby, the baby's size grows at least 20%. A few days later in the hospital the baby is even bigger!

Episode 20

  • When Roger talks to Jessica in the rain, his hood falls back and then goes back onto his head.
  • The old man told Roger that buses and taxis would not operate in the bad weather, but his mum reached the same destination as Roger in a taxi.
