When he just stepped into the entertainment business, TVB promoted him directly by letting him star in the anniversary series "Ling Dan Chun Kei" (legend of ling dan) togeter with Margie Tsan War Shin. After that his fame never really get to any low, getting the main actor parts of many 80's series. But he decided to act some background parts too in the early 90s. After a short pause, he shocked the world again with his great portrayal of the mentally challenged Ah Wong.
