Jiang hu

Hung Yan Chiu (play by Andy Lau)a powerful and righteous triad leaders quickly found out that his 3 lieutenants (Eric Tsang, Tsui Siu-Keung and Miu Kiu-Wai) are not that loyal or that great to him. A rumour is spread that someone wanted to kill him. Luckily he has a trusted yet heartless friend (play by Jacky Cheung,) who is nickname Leftie because his left hand doesn’t work. Well in this movie, it has a style where it constantly change back and forth, from 2 best friends who want to make it big in the triad world. Turbo (Edison Chen) and his boss (friend actually) Yik (Shawn Yue), are given an assignment to attack on a triad boss. We can either assume if the story will relate or connect in some way. Back to the Andy Lau story, his wife just given birth to a son and Jacky Cheung want him to retired and live a happy life, this rises suspicion on Andy Lau... A very stylist and cool film, with an unoriginal plot for both stories. A lot of subplot was not answer in the end which bring some disappointment. A lot of people were disappointed with this movie, but for me i actually enjoy the style of the movie.
