Bobby Au Yeung Chan-Wah, is a member of the Public Relationship Department and a very good one. But his commander think he shouldn't waste his talent on only doing interviews and paperwork and transferred him (in spite of his complaints) to the So Wong Cho (Anti-prostitution Department),

Bobby as the living definition of bureacracy just can't fit in it. Especialy when he's got into trouble because of one case and had to stand trial to the Complaints Department, where Kenix Kwok Hor-Ying is in charge...

And as if that isn't enough to break him, his wife left him because of another man too. But bobby wouldn't be bobby if he doesn't see the bright side of this harsh situations. Soon he is fully accepted by his colleagues and becomes a good cop and this even brings him closer to Kenix Kwok...
