Ding Pan (Louis Koo) is struggling in the world to be the best in martial arts. He came up with a skill "Tin Ha Lau Sing" (Shooting Star Under the Sky) and goes to Lau Mansion where he challenged Lau Yuk Chong (Eddie Cheung). Having heard of the power of "Tin Ha Lau Sing", Lau sends his wife (Irene Wan) to go seduce Ding Pan for the secret of "Tin Ha Lau Sing" Lau then turns the martial art world against him and force Ding Pan to the cliff and made him jump down the cliff. Ding Pan survived the fall and landed on the Mo Yau Tou. There he met the daughter of the tribe, Ching Ching (Vivian Leung) who tried to set him free, but in the end he went back so she would not be punished and he pulled out the crescent blade. The story unfolds from here....
